Bill is a graduate of Loyola Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate with an Intellectual Property Concentration.

 

While at Loyola, Bill was a board member of the Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity Law Society and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.  

 

Prior to law school, Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
