Mr. Cheung is an experienced litigation attorney in Southern California.

Publications of his works include Dockominiums: An Expansion of Riparian Rights that Violates the Public Trust Doctrine, Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review, vol. 16, at 821 (1989) [Cited in ABKA L.P. v. Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, 635 N.W.2d 168 (2001)] and Rethinking the history of the Seventeenth-Century Colonial Ordinance: A Reinterpretation of an Ancient Statue, Maine Law Review, vol. 42, at 115 (1990).

Mr. Cheung is active in the community.  He serves as the President of the orange County Asian American Bar Foundation.  Also, he is a Board member of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County and Irvine Valley College Foundation.
